Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Approved Therapists (the "Site", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all financial transactions, one-time payments, and listing fees executed across our Services.

CRITICAL DISCLOSURE

Approved Therapists enforces a strict NO REFUND policy for all one-time digital purchases, profile activations, premium directory placements, and structural administrative fees. By completing a one-time payment transaction on this platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, all payments are completely non-refundable, and no credits or prorated adjustments will be issued under any circumstances.

I. Scope of Non-Refundable Services

This policy applies uniformly to all one-time transactions executed on the platform, including but not limited to:

• One-time profile setup, verification, or publishing fees for independent Therapists.
• Fixed-term premium directory listing upgrades or search optimization placements.
• One-time structural platform access tokens, feature add-ons, or individual advertisement packages.

Because our platform grants immediate digital activation, database indexing, and communication routing functionalities upon the successful authorization of your payment, the utility is considered fully delivered at the moment of execution. Consequently, we are unable to retract, reverse, or undo the digital infrastructure deployed on your behalf.

II. No Guarantee of Clinical Outcomes or Business Volume

As explicitly established in our Terms of Use, Approved Therapists operates strictly as a passive informational database and platform connecting independent parties.

• We do not verify, screen, or audit the credentials of listed Therapists.
• We do not guarantee that Clients will successfully locate, connect with, or retain a suitable mental health professional.
• We do not guarantee that listed Therapists will receive any minimum volume of client inquiries, form submissions, consultation requests, or professional revenue.

The absence of profile interaction, a low volume of client message routing, user dissatisfaction with search positioning, or your general dissatisfaction with the commercial or clinical outcome of your directory presence does not constitute a valid basis for a refund request. You assume full operational and financial risk when purchasing a listing on this directory.

III. Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Abuse Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against payment fraud and chargeback abuse.

If you initiate an unmerited payment dispute or a fraudulent chargeback request through your credit card provider, issuing bank, or merchant processor (such as Stripe), we reserve the absolute right to:

1. Immediate Termination: Permanently and without prior notice deactivate your user account, delete your directory listing from public view, and blacklist your financial and technical data from future platform use.
2. Legal Submission: Submit this signed, legally binding Agreement, along with comprehensive server logs and proof of immediate digital service delivery, directly to your financial institution to successfully defeat the dispute request.

IV. Statutory Regional Exceptions

Certain state, national, or regional consumer protection laws may dictate mandatory "cooling-off" cancellation windows for digital contracts. If a localized, mandatory, un-waivable consumer protection statute explicitly overrides this Agreement, our corporate financial liability shall be strictly restricted to the minimum refund margin compelled under that prevailing law.

If you experience a clear technical billing error, a double-processing system glitch, or have an operational inquiry regarding your transaction history, you are required to contact our billing administration directly before initiating action with your financial institution:
