About
Things don’t have to fall apart to feel heavy. Sometimes it’s a quiet drift: communication that frays, relationships that no longer feel safe, moods that shift without warning. Other times, it’s more acute: grief, depression, anxiety, or the weight of past trauma. Whether the change needed is subtle or sweeping, sometimes the path forward isn’t always clear or easy. What helps is honest support, room to name what’s real, and space to move at a pace that respects both resilience and pain.
Change does not have to be dramatic to be meaningful. It can start with one honest conversation or a quiet decision to keep going. I bring curiosity, humor, and respect for how hard it can be to show up and would be honored to support that process. “In a dark time, the eye begins to see” — Theodore Roethke.
